False eyelashes when first applied do feel strange. The eye will try to fight the foreign object but if applied correctly and once the glue has dried you shouldn’t even notice they’re there!
Now onto the different types of lashes:
There are mainly two different lashes I use which are strip lashes and individual lashes.
Below I have given a brief description about both...
1. Strip lashes
These lashes are pre knotted onto a band. The strip lash is then glued just above the natural lashes.
I have a ‘crazy lash bag’ full of long fluffy creature like things
And I also have a natural lash bag full of very subtle looking eyelashes
2. Individual eyelashes
These are pre made fans which can be applied individually on to the outer corners to give a subtle effect or along the lash line to add a bit more drama.
Another factor when choosing, is to make sure they suit your eye shape. Not all eyelashes are designed to suit all eye shapes. The wrong shaped eyelash can ruin a beautiful eye makeup. It’s important to do a bit of research before selecting or just ask me,♀️ I can talk about false eyelashes all day.
I hope you've enjoyed this read. If there is anything in particular you want me to discuss in my next blog just let me know.
